Lunar Eclipse in Pisces- Choose the hill you die on and die with a smile

Updated: Oct 6

I, I just woke up from a dream-- Where you and I had to say goodbye... But since I survived, I realized... Wherever you go, that's where I'll follow. Nobody's promised tomorrow-- So I'ma love you every night like it's the last night... If the world was ending, I’d wanna be next to you. If the party was over, and our life on Earth was through, I’d wanna hold you just for a while, and die with a smile”...

-- Die with a Smile, Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga

When your time comes, will you be dying with a smile? Remember— our time here is finite. You all know the lyrics… If you’re going to die, choose the hill you die on so at least you can die with a smile. Morbid, I know, but it’s the truth to our pursuit to happiness. We don’t know how much time we’re promised so do what sings to your soul. Not only will you be happier now, but also in the next (if you believe in that). We have Saturn conjunct this moon and the idea of time, mortality, and self-purpose comes to mind.

Maybe you’re wondering, why the hell did I choose to say “the hill you die on”? Well… because of Saturn. Saturn rules over mountain ranges and geological formations (i.e. anything formed by time). Your situation or problem may have built up over time and may seem insurmountable. But, just like water carved out many of our mountain ranges, there’s nothing water can’t wash away. Nothing is permanent— your soul can heal and do-overs are possible.

Secondly, Pisces rules over martyrs, a person who dies for their beliefs. Saturn in Pisces can bring up themes such as “what are you willing to die for?” Eventually when that day comes, will you be happy with how you lived? Or a better question—what are you living for? When you put it in that perspective, it makes things a bit clearer. As you’re climbing up the hill that we call life, what type of hill are you climbing? Is it one towards your pursuit of happiness or a hill that someone told you would be the safest bet? Listen, it’s a big hill, it’ll take time and most importantly you do it alone. Anything can happen and it could be dangerous either way. You’re better off climbing towards a summit you’ll be proud to one day reach.

If you’ve been with my Instagram page for some time, you might remember my Saturn in Pisces videos. One good thing about not posting for awhile, is it’ll be a lot easier to find in my feed, lol. It’s imperative to create a world you imagined for yourself. Every little choice can be integral to the bigger picture. The universe is always looking to meet you half-way. Spoiler alert, your soul and the universe are in cahoots. Most likely, your soul is trying to take your hand and lead you out of a dark place. Your soul is always "next to you". Liken it to a driving instructor in the passenger side giving directions while you’re in the driver’s seat, lol. Take their lead and follow along -- “wherever you go, that’s where I’ll follow”.

This is a random aside but Saturn rules over our work. Many things I’m noticing with this Saturn in Pisces transit, which will be triggered by this lunar eclipse, is work-related injuries or occupational hazards increasing. Take it as a sign if your health is declining—it might have to do with your work. The Pisces-Virgo axis rules over sickness and health. With Pisces, I think of the idea of soul sickness. This can manifest physically over time. Many of us equate the idea of work with fulfillment and our life purpose. Your fulfillment is related to your soul—not necessarily tied to your career. Don’t let your soul wither and die due to neglect (another Piscean theme). Music and sound are healing for a reason. Here’s some homework-- take some alone time to talk to yourself and then feel how your body reacts. Talk about your goals, your visions, and listen for when your soul sings back to you just like in the video above. It’s your soul team giving you a standing ovation and the go ahead.

Speaking of Pisces, let’s talk about endings. Is it time you end something? Is it time you think about ending something? Whatever house you have the lunar eclipse in is going to determine where that end may need to take place (i.e. 10th house and career, 4th house and a big move or family change). I promise no one ever loses taking a chance on themselves. Even your failures are pathways to happiness. Pisces assures us that every ending is a beginning and even the most thing people fear—death, is not the end. So, why should anything else be different?

Guys, I can’t help the morbid metaphors-- I’m a scorpio moon… Pretty much, think about if the world were ending, what would you rather be doing? Would you rather be in the process of following your soul’s purpose or doing something you hate. The world is full of dreams. Just be careful you’re not solely working on one that is not your own.

See, my healing (toxic) trait is equating every love song I hear to self-love (also, as an Aries, I can’t help it :p). Technically, your first love is always yourself. I couldn’t help but think of how much happier I’ve always been doing what I love and following my heart’s desire. That’s why I say, it’s time to start a duet with yourself.

Follow the tune of your soul and I promise it’ll sing right back to you 😙🎵

What house is this lunar eclipse for you 👀? Hopefully, after reading the title, you didn't run away and you're still here 💀--- As always, feel free to chime in with your observations in the comments 🐸
